All room rentals have a 3 hour minimum. There is a baby grand and two upright pianos available for musical auditions and rehersals.

A 46-seat theatre with lights and 12 dimmers with multi circuits. A 2 scene Leprecon scene changer. A 20 foot wide proscenium opening by 16 foot deep back wall.

Rental Room B

Commercial Rate -$35.00 per hour
Room B is 33x35 feet and one wall mirrored and draped for dance classes.

Rental Rooms C, D, E, and G
$20.00 per hour
Commercial Rate - $25.00 per hour

Room C is 18x35 feet and has one mirrored wall
Room D is 19x35 feet
Room E is 19x27 feet with lots of character
Room G 17x 35 feet
