The Los Angeles Repertory Company is dedicated to the creation of an ensemble that explores the literature of the theatre. Plays are chosen, new or old, for their literary merit - works that employ heightened language, that are theatrical in nature rather than everyday, and that are affective and meaningful to the present lives of playgoers.
