Character Study

Program includes: conflict, internal and external circumstances
of a character, emotions, thought patterns, and character traits
in the body.
- Plastic Exercises (workout of the body enabling actors to
acquire physical characterization)
- Exploring Character's Dispositions and Qualities through Psychophysical
Techniques
- Monologue and/or Scene Work
Christopher Vened was, for eight years, an actor-mime of Henryk
Tomaszewski's Wroclaw Pantomime Theater. In recent years, he taught
acting at LA Repertory Theater, Theatricum Botanicum and UCLA.
In his class, Vened offers a systematic approach to character
study. He is the author of "IN CHARACTER - An Actor's Workbook
