Traditional Versus Simplified Chinese
The terms "traditional" and
"simplified" refer to two different ways of writing Chinese.
Generally speaking, traditional Chinese is used in Taiwan, Singapore,
Hong Kong, and most areas outside of mainland China. Simplified
Chinese is used throughout mainland China. We can provide translations
in either format.
Print materials
We specialize in legal, medical, technical, and
business translations. For law cases, if the translation is from
Chinese to English, we are well-skilled in giving the full sense
of the original documents underlying meaning. For technical
manuals, we will match your materials with a translator who has
advanced training in the relevant field. We are also highly-experienced
in handling sensitive technical and legal documents requiring non-disclosure
agreements.
Web pages
We provide full-scale web page translation, layout,
and design services. Send us your URL and we will return your Chinese
web pages ready for posting, or we will post them for you. Tell
us your ideas and we will design your site for you. All website
translations include free submission to major Japanese search engines.
Localization
A good translation must be localized to the interests
and expectations of the intended audience. We use highly-trained,
professional translators only and guarantee that your message will
be fully appreciated by your Chinese audience. Localization is especially
important for web pages, sales materials, and user manuals.
Format
We understand the full spectrum of both the print
and electronic media. Nearly all software programs supported. Send
us your materials and we will provide your translation in practically
any format you want.
